When will I receive my order?
Our handling time is 2-3 days for anyone based in the UK, 3-5 days for Ireland & Europe. Our deliveries come via DPD.

Are your products suitable for outside?
Our products are suitable for outside, although we recommend treating any metal products with WD-40 if you want to prevent rusting.

What if I receive damaged/missing products?
Please contact our support email address: service@fountasia.com and they will help you with your query as quickly as they can. (Please provide photos if you have received a damaged item).

How are your products packaged?
All our products are individually packaged with either bubble wrap or a cardboard cut-out (Fairy Houses).

Do you have a catalogue?
Unfortunately we do not have a catalogue currently, all our products that are for sale can be found on the website.

What are your working hours?
Our working hours are 8am-4pm Mon-Fri, so we will be able to help you with any queries during these hours.


How can I edit my order?
Please contact our support team with any changes (service@fountasia.com) and they will be able to help.

How do I create an account?
Click on the drop down menu in the top left of the screen and on this menu will be an option to register, click on this and simply enter your details.

How can I change personal details on my account?
Please sign in and visit your account page and you will be able to edit all of your details on there.

Do you do dropshipping?
Yes we do, please use your address as the billing address and the address you wish to dropship to as the delivery address.

Do your prices include VAT/Tax?
All prices displayed on our website include VAT.

How much is Shipping?
Shipping is currently £3.95, however orders over £50 will qualify for free shipping!
